Greetings,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to present to you what Northeast Air can do to contribute to PWM’s success. I’d like to introduce our company and explain why we are so confident in what we have to offer in terms of a quality product at considerable cost savings. Northeast Air boasts three major assets that add up to a winning combination.

First, our established performance standards; we have built a reputation of providing a high-quality product with a strong emphasis on safety. We pride ourselves in outstanding on-time performance. Our teams maintain a serious focus in this regard and we are not satisfied with anything less than perfect on-time performance. And while our agents are noted for their hustle, they do not compromise safety in the process. We maintain a continuous emphasis on safety that includes daily internal safety audits and ongoing reviews of the results. Each of our account managers is responsible to submit a minimum of three written audits every week so that documentation of our compliance at each customer’s operations is tracked. We observe trends and continuously take action to correct potential problems and to reinforce positive safety habits. As a result of this emphasis, we have achieved remarkable workplace safety ratings and provide a proven safe environment for your aircraft.

Second, our depth and experience; we have a pool of fifty employees to draw from, providing our customers a resource that they would be unable to match in a station of this size were they staffing their own ramp. This pool of qualified ramp agents is a particular advantage during irregular operations, as we are able to move manpower to where it is needed most in a way that a stand-alone operation could not. Additionally, we offer experience. In a segment of the industry where turnover rates are often overwhelming, we have managed to cut ours in half by offering an innovative work schedule that our employees appreciate, keeping morale high and costs down. Our lowered turnover rate and high employee satisfaction have enabled us to offer our customers a work force that is both professional and knowledgeable. Each is cross trained to be able to work on all of our customer's aircraft, thereby providing you with ramp personnel who have a depth of experience and understanding of the job and “the big picture” which enables them to make sound decisions independently at critical times.

Finally, our on-site management team means that we are close to the work being performed and are aware of needs as they develop. All managers are immediately accessible to the front-line employees and are available on a moment’s notice. As mentioned earlier, our account managers submit safety audits each week and are out on the ramp daily observing the operation, receiving feedback directly from our Leads and agents, and offering assistance and solutions as events occur. This allows us to constantly train and develop our employees. Our managers have extensive backgrounds in aviation, some in excess of twenty years, a valuable resource to workforce and customer alike.
These are just some of the things that position Northeast Air to offer the best possible service at the best possible price. As you take a closer look, I think you’ll agree. I look forward to the opportunity of communicating with you further and am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Sincerely,
Stephen Mercer,
Ramp Manager
